On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a Chef de Partie for Ireland.
The person we are looking for:
· Ensures HACCAP compliance
· Participates in the menu preparation
· Will plan, prepare and cook menu items as directed by the Sous / Head Chef.
· Will be passionate about developing new styles of service and concepts in the location.
· Will assist with stock taking when required.
· Must carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section as appropriate
· Must be a team player, assisting other team members when necessary.
· Will demonstrate and instruct Commis Chefs in food preparation and cooking skills as directed by the Sous / Head Chef
· Will ideally have some 3rd level study in relation to Culinary Art
