On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit an assistant restaurant manager, which will ensure that culinary standards in all outlets of the Food and Beverage Department are met at all times as determined by the Food and Beverage Standards as well as the Policies of the hotel.


  • To guide, motivate, train and manage the F&B service staff in order to exceed guest expectations 
  • To be quality driven and critical of all aspects of the food and beverage operation in order to guarantee the highest level of creativity and productivity within the organization 
  • To achieve budgeted revenues and keep expenses within the given guidelines 
  • Previous experience in similar position
  • Good command of English language


We offer:

Salary scale starts from €1500.00 according to experience.

Full time and permanent staff required
